Morcilla is a sausage that is made in all Spanish regions but in the Canary Islands it has a uniqueness, it is sweet.

Canarian blood sausage is made with pork blood, bacon and lean meat and is added with raisins, almonds and spices such as oregano and cinnamon.

A traditional product of all the Islands, but it is in the municipality of Teror located in Gran Canaria where it is best known.

      Lo descubrí allí en Teror en un viaje a Gran Canaria y me encantó. Este que venden aquí está igual de bueno. Un embutido muy distinguido, dulce, buenísimo
