El Grifo Malvasía Seco Wine was born with the aim of highlighting the specificity of Malvasía Volcánica , a native variety of the Island of Lanzarote. Limited production wine resulting from a rigorous selection of uncultivated vines from the El Grifo estate and heroic viticulture where trade winds predominate, low rainfall and where all processes are carried out manually. The dry Grifo Malvasía is a wine where the varietal character of Malvasía predominates - tropical fruits and white flowers. As a curiosity, we can say that the drawing of the label was made by Cesar Manrique .
